The KB Culinary Team
As directors, producers, and creatives, we each bring a distinct flavor to the table—but together, we’re the secret sauce behind this Miami-centric culinary series.
Pete and Frank, guided by Carlos’ sharp eye and overarching vision, bring a unique balance of style and substance to every episode. From bold docu-style storytelling to rich, cinematic visuals, we know how to capture food, people, and culture in ways that stick with an audience.
Each episode will have its own voice—its own chef, its own rhythm, its own heat—but the series as a whole will feel unified, grounded in a style that celebrates the soul of Miami through its food. Think of it as a tasting menu: every bite is different, but together it tells one unforgettable story.

Pete Guzzo. Director + Creative Producer
“Some stories just need to be told.”
That’s how I see the world—through the lens of a director and a storyteller.I approach each project with patience, curiosity, and a respect for the story that already exists. I don’t force moments—I shape what’s real. Whether I’m behind the camera or leading a team, I aim to find the truth and connect it to something bigger.
My focus is authentic, docu-style content for brands and organizations that want to engage through real people and real stories. I’ve led national campaigns, launched studios, and built systems that keep productions moving smoothly—from short shoots to full-scale builds.
Outside of work, I’m usually in the kitchen. Food, like storytelling, reveals who we are. It connects us—and capturing that connection, in any form, is what drives me.

Jason Wallis. Director / Photographer
“If a picture is worth a thousand words, then Jason’s career in photography and directing is worth an infinite library of valuable, beautiful knowledge.”
Jason is an award-winning photographer and director who tells stories by getting to know each subject like a friend. He captures the small details—the expressions, the quirks, the energy that makes someone who they are. His talent lies not just in taking the shot, but in revealing something deeper in a single frame.
His eye for food photography is unmatched—the definition of “eating with your eyes.” Just be warned: his work might tempt you into a few extra cheat days. For Jason, food isn’t just visual—it’s emotional. Passion lives in the ingredients, in the care of preparation, in the people behind the plate. And that’s what he captures.
From a chef’s quiet focus to a farmer’s hands in the soil, Jason finds the soul in every story.Jason’s Food Photographer
